Trade in is when you trade in your mobile phone for credit and purchase a new phone at a discounted price.
You can also buy accessories or put the credit against your account to come off future bills if there is some left over after purchasing your new phone.

This app performs diagnostics on the phone to make sure all the key software features still work

Visual examination

  • The agent conducts a visual examination to make sure there are no cracks or chips on your trade in device.

Device valuation

  • When steps 1 & 2 are complete, the Vodafone Trade In app shows you the valuation of your device.

New device

Once you accept the value, you can select your new device and the agent will process your Trade In.
