If your phone is still under warranty, Fónfix will repair it and return it to you, both free of charge. Currently most manufacturers give a 24 month warranty.
Before you send it for repair
-1) Backup your smartphone’s content and contacts to your computer. Find out how here and search for your handset. You can also backup your contacts using the Backup+ app.
-2) Please remove any memory cards from the handset.
-3) If the repair is related to a charging or battery issue please send the charger along with the handset.
iPhone
Follow these steps to disable the "Find My iPhone" function on iOS 7 devices: Apple have introduced a new process for iPhones requiring repair. Please be advised this is under a 12 month warranty and if you have a fault with your iPhone device you must ensure that the “Find My Phone” option is disabled before returning it to Vodafone. Failure to do so will result in your phone being returned unrepaired.
Option 1: Turn off “Find My iPhone” (where your iPhone can be powered on)
-Go to Settings > iCloud
-Turn off “Find My iPhone”
Option 2: Remove your iPhone from your account at iCloud.com (if you iPhone cannot be powered on)
-Sign in to your account with your Apple ID
-Select the iPhone that needs to be removed from the account
-If the iPhone is offline, click Remove from Account
-If the iPhone is online, click Erase. When the erase is complete, click Remove from Account
Please note that your Apple ID password will be required with each option.

If you are still experiencing problems with your mobile phone, we recommend you return it as soon as possible to the agent where you bought it for further advice.
